iPhone Alarm Problem Fixed by January 3

A lot of iPhone users had some explaining to do for most of them overslept to start the brand new year, because of a glitch in the gadget’s alarm clock function.

End users who put their iPhone alarm system for a single wake-up as opposed to recurring usage noticed the alarm failed to set off with the year’s entrance, Apple Inc. spokeswoman Natalie Harrison said Sunday.

It was the 2nd instance in just one or two months that the alarm clock function on the smartphone did not set-off properly, compelling an avalanche of grievances on the social network sites and micro-blogs like Twitter.
